Good evening! I do my Grandmother’s grocery shopping for her, but almost every time I’m in the store they are out of the Rotini Mozzarella Salad that the deli sells out of their endcaps. It seemed straightforward enough to make myself, but I did a quick web search to see what I could find and stumbled across this lady’s website where she lists the recipe for the salad and I thought I would share it here because it is super easy. If you happen to like this salad as well, perhaps you can give it a crack at home as well.
