Rocket Money sent me an email last night and said that the negotiated price for my internet bill they got for me last year had expired. Apparently I had “Auto Renegotiate” ticked on, and because of this they automatically contacted Spectrum again on my behalf.
Wake up to an email this morning from Spectrum, first apologizing for any inconveniences and to inform me that they have credited my account. I would never in a million years call them up and try and negotiate a lower price, so I am extremely grateful for this.
Between this and their tweakable “auto pilot savings”, Rocket Money has been one of the most beneficial services I have used over the years.
